Sweet dreams are made of these, who are we to disagree? If during the pandemic year, you found yourself having more vivid dreams than usual, you aren't alone. According to researchers, vivid dreaming is on the rise. With so much going on, it stands to reason. With all that dreaming going on, we'd like to do our part to help make sure those dreams are as sweet as can be.

We have crafted an incredible blend of fruits, flowers and herbs, all selected with peaceful slumber in mind.

Lavender - a flower said to relax the synapses and ease the mind.

Camomile - a flower that has been used for millennia as a mellow sleep inducer

Fennel, Licorice and Peppermint - are said to have natural muscle-relaxing properties

St. John's Wort and Valerian Root - both used for centuries as a mild natural sedative.

To help make it all go down sweetly, we have even added in naturally dried apple pieces for a Vitamin-rich layer of flavour. Delicious.
